The Springs is a private gated community with a 24 hour security staff providing a variety of services to the Springs residents. The community encompasses private homes, townhouses, cluster homes and 20 different villages along with a recreation area, health spa, racquet club facility, basketball court, recreational vehicle compound, stable facility and clubhouse.
